I saw this smiley girl at a roadshow one day after my appointment. I walked up to her to enquire about my hospitalisation plan because my servicing agent left the industry and the one who took over went MIA on me. Jasmine was so warm to me and helped me set up my PRUaccess account so that I can view my policies online. I've shared with Jasmine about my existing condition and she bothered to check in with me if I am diligently going for my medical check-ups every year and offered to see if my coverage was adequate as due to my existing condition. It didn't occur to me until Jasmine brought it up that once I retire my corporate medical benefits will cease and I would be eft unprotected. I really like how Jasmine was so patient with me and helped me with all the digital processes. She smiles a lot when we meet and checks in with me consistently over short calls time to time.
